Google has blessed me with a brand new CR-48!

This device is a developer’s dream and nightmare computer. The shell doesn’t offer vi, vim, gcc, javac, or any other basic programming tools. Sure you can install arch linux packages, but you’ll need to install the xz tool first. But if you DO accidentally delete the /etc/ and /lib/ folders and their entire contents in the middle of trying to install vim… it’s quick and easy to boot from a USB and start over from scratch!

For connecting to PAL2.0 at Purdue University with your Google CR-48, check out this script written by myself and Matt McCormick and others. http://pastebin.com/LaR1jQm9
