Introducing: What’s Today Calendar Widget version 2.1! This is a small update but important for those involved.
If you are a user with a SenseUI device, you can now launch the calendar by pressing on the widget. These devices include the HTC Area/Liberty, HTC Desire, HTC Hero/Droid Eris, Droid Incredible, HTC Legend, HTC Evo, and HTC Wildfire.
If you are a user with an HTC Desire running Android 2.2, you should now be seeing the widget as it is shown in the screenshots rather than numbers.
Changelog:
2.1
- Added “open calendar on press” support for SenseUI devices! (Finally!!!)
- Fixed a problem on HTC Desire 2.2 where it was still showing a number instead of the day of week.
If you are still having problems launching the calendar when pressing on the widget, please contact me!
In fact, if you are having ANY problems at all with the widget or just have a suggestion or a request, please contact me and I will try to make things right.
I am on holiday and I would love to improve my widget for you.

I really like this widget a lot. I was wondering though if there was a way to also have an option that shows the next 3, 5, 0r 7 days in a single bar for the widget? Something that just shows the simple day/date of the week, then something in the corner of each date to indicate that you have something entered in the calendar, similar to how it displays on the monthly calendar with just a date and a gray corner. Then if you tap that date, it brings you to the actual detail? Thanks for the great widget though!
Adding the option to move to sd card would be nice. So it does not take up phone memory and can use the sd card memory.
Widgets actually can’t be moved to the SD card because of the way the system works. If you were to plug your phone into your computer to use it as a USB storage device, the widget would then be disabled and would not work correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience!!
